Pay- $75,000 annually

Shift - Open/flexible availability is desired (Monday to Sunday)
Location - Will be working out of 3 main airports, San Jose Airport (SJC), San Francisco International Airport (SFO), and Hayward Executive Airport (HWD) as your base locations.

Summary
  • Immaculate Flight’s Assistant Operations Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations in your location. The primary responsibilities for this role will include detailing aircraft, managing teams on multiple jobs, safety compliance, and quality control. You will work with the location’s Operations Manager to ensure best-in-class service for our clients.
Essential Functions
Quality Control & Assurance
  • Ensure all aircraft are detailed to Immaculate Flight standards.
  • Assist with inventory and procurement of supplies, equipment, and other necessary resources.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations.
  • Able to perform all Operations Managers duties in their absence.
  • Understand your locations scorecard and the associated operational measures.
Workforce Development & Training
  • Provide managerial assistance to the location's Operations Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
  • Assist with the training and development of the locations team.
  • Supervise staffing levels to ensure that operational needs are met.
  • Assist in accessing the need for employee performance modifications, including disciplinary action and coordinating with Operations Manager.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in detailing preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle challenging situations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with Operations Manager and team members.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with aviation regulations and safety protocols preferred.
Required Skills and Behaviors
  • Must be an outstanding communicator.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects.
  • Elevated level of interpersonal and verbal communication.
  • Proficient at all detailing services available within Immaculate Flight.
Required Education / Experience
  • 2+ years operations experience (internal preferred)
Organizational Relationships
  • Reports directly to location Operations Manager
Travel Requirements
  • While most of your work can and will be accomplished in your base location, you can expect to spend 0-5 days per month traveling to Immaculate Flight locations.
  • 0% to 15% travel
Physical & Vision Requirements
  • This role involves a variety of physical activities and environmental exposures, including but not limited to:          
  • Lifting objects up to 50 pounds
  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Pushing, pulling, and using hands for grasping and reaching
  • Working at elevated heights
  • Bending, stretching, squatting, and kneeling
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions
  • Handling moderate to high noise levels
  • Exposure to biohazard and/or approved chemicals
  • Repetitive movements involving arms, wrists, hands, and fingers
  • Close and distance vision
  • Peripheral vision and depth perception
