Type - Full Time
Pay - $70,000-$75,000 per year (based on experience) + PROFIT SHARING
Shift - Open/flexible availability is desired (Monday to Sunday)
Location - DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (FTY/PDK) as your base location and travel to surrounding Immaculate Flight locations with the use of a company vehicle

Job Summary -

As the Operation Manager, you will be immediately tasked with becoming a safety expert! Nothing is more important! You will oversee and take part in detailing some of the world's most amazing high-end luxury aircraft. You will be required to meet, and interact professionally with, Immaculate Flight’s various upscale clients. Your job duties will require you to lead by example, have a positive attitude, and you must have the ability to thank and praise your team every day!
You will perform detailed cleaning tasks on/in and around high-end luxury corporate and/or commercial aircraft with your players. This is truly a coaching job! Executed labor includes polishing of brightwork, paint polishes, and sealants, as well as duties involving the cleaning of passenger cabins, lavatories, cockpits, and aircraft exteriors.
Immaculate Flight has an extensive training program to give you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to perform your job and train your team. With Immaculate Flight, you will learn some of the highest level detailing processes in the world. The ability to travel for training may be required. Applicants must have a positive coaching attitude and the ability to build the bench. We will train you!
Responsibilities -
- Manage, monitor, facilitate or delegate all administrative duties and tasks
- Responsible for all payroll activities
- Workforce development and staffing (recruitment, hiring, discipline, and termination)
- Provide sufficient training of all employees, new and existing
- Organize day-to-day operations to ensure proper efficiency and quality are met
- Effectively communicate procedural updates and changes to all team members
- Timely submission of all required reporting measures
- Regular field work with team according to Immaculate Flight standards
- Communicate work orders, messages, and emails from your Regional Manager, Scheduling Department and Office personnel
- Maintain safe and healthy work environments by establishing, following, and enforcing standards/procedures, and compliance with company policies
- Responsible for satisfactory completion of vehicle fleet maintenance and audits
- Collaborate with Regional Manager to maintain operating income percentage
- Product inventory
Education & Experience -
Immaculate Flight has a training and development program that sets you up for success. While detailing experience is good, we will give anyone the knowledge and confidence needed to perform the job. 2 + years operations experience (internal preferred).

- Must be able to work well with other and maintain professionalism with our clients
- High level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Pass a background check
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Pass random drug screens throughout employment

- Maintain a valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation 24/7
- Maintain a great attendance record, as well as being punctual
- Ability to work physical labor in a fast-paced environment

- To comply with the ADA, you have been informed that this position will require some repetitive, circular arm motions and will not be required to lift more than 50 pounds without the use of equipment aid
